Duration & Recommendations
Each treatment lasts 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the individual. When first starting your series, it’s highly recommended to commit to a series of 8 treatments, spaced 7 to 10 days apart for best results. This allows the skin to properly build ATP, detoxify, and rebalance on a cellular level. After completing the initial series, most clients—depending on age and skin condition—transition to a maintenance schedule every 3 to 5 weeks to maintain results, support lymphatic drainage, and enhance overall skin function. However, even a single treatment provides noticeable benefits by stimulating lymphatic drainage and promoting a healthy glow.
